    About this mod

*****************************************************************

Back in the good old Morrowind days, my vampire character, Artemis, embraced an entire squad of Elite Ordinators clearing out the Daedric Shrine at Ald Daedroth, a whopping eight of them. After making them swear fealty to him, he gave them each a set of customized Indoril Armour; black with a purple plume/sash.

I recently was browsing the Oblivion ESF forums when I saw a RELz thread for a set of Indoril armour. After one look at the screenshot, I had immediately downloaded it. A quick trip through Photoshop and I had it retextured like the old custom Indoril Armour from Morrowind.

There is also an alternate set with a red plume and sash.

    Installing/Playing the Mod

*****************************************************************

Extract the contents of the zip to your Data directory, usually located at C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data. Tick the Shadowlord Armours.esp in the Oblivion Launcher, OBMM, or Wrye Bash and start the game.

You'll find the armour at The Best Defense in the Imperial City Market District. The armour comes in flavours of Heavy (sold by Varnado) and Light (sold by Maro Rufus), and with a Red pluma and sash or a purple plume and sash. All are priced the same, although the Heavy armor is obviously heavier and offers greater protection. The Red Shadowlord armour has the same stats and price as the purple; it just looks different.

     Save Games

*****************************************************************

If untick Shadowlord Armours.esp and load a savegame that was dependant on it, you'll get an error message unless you've tweaked your Oblivion.ini not to. Just ignore it and proceede with your game; you shouldn't get the error message again.

      Bugs/Issues

*****************************************************************

The greaves and boots are one item. I didn't make the mesh, so don't complain to me.
